Learn how to delete your account and all associated data from Picsup
1How to Delete Your Account
Log in to your Picsup account
Go to Dashboard → Settings
Click "Delete Account" button and confirm the deletion
2What Gets Deleted
- Your user profile and account information
- All uploaded and processed images
- Your credit balance and transaction history
- All authentication data (email, password, OAuth tokens)
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Important Notice
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be completely removed from our servers within 30 days.
3Facebook Login Data
If you signed up using Facebook Login, we only store the following information from your Facebook account:
Data we store:
- Your email address (used for account identification)
- Your Facebook user ID (used for authentication)
We do not store any other Facebook data. When you delete your Picsup account, all this information is permanently removed from our servers.
